Thank you for supporting Voxo3D.

Welcome to the Voxo3D Commercial Plan! Before you begin selling physical prints of our models, please read and understand all the terms below. By subscribing to the "Voxo3D Access" tier, you legally agree to be bound by this agreement in its entirety.

PART I: Licensing & Membership Overview

1 Membership Eligibility & Nature of License

Exclusive Membership:

This commercial license is strictly granted only to currently active subscribers of the "Voxo3D Access" tier on our official Patreon or Afdian pages.

Scope of License:

This license grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to sell physical 3D printed objects. It does NOT mean you have purchased, leased, or own any intellectual property rights to the digital files (STLs, 3MFs, etc.) themselves.

2 Personal Use (Non-Commercial) Terms

If you purchased a single model (not as a subscriber) or are a non-commercial tier subscriber, you may only use the models for strictly personal purposes.

You may print models as gifts for family and friends, but you may absolutely not use them for any form of sale, crowdfunding (e.g., Kickstarter), or exchange for any economic benefit.

PART II: Commercial Use Guidelines

3 Permitted Actions (What You CAN Do)

Sell Physical Prints:

While your "Voxo3D Access" subscription remains active, you are free to sell the Voxo3D physical products you have personally 3D printed. There are no restrictions on sales platforms (e.g., Etsy, Shopify, Amazon, local craft fairs, etc.).

Marketing Assets & Badges:

As an active authorized seller, you MUST prominently display the "Voxo3D Authorized Seller Badge" provided by us on your product listings or at your physical booths. While your subscription remains active and the badge is properly displayed, you are permitted to use Voxo3D's official renders, photos, and videos to assist with your sales.

4 Strict Restrictions (The Red Lines)

(This section outlines fundamental limits. Any violation will result in an immediate ban without a refund.)

  • NO Digital File Distribution:

    You are strictly prohibited from selling, sharing, distributing, crowdfunding, or gifting any Voxo3D digital files. Uploading files to any public or private 3D model repositories (e.g., Thingiverse, MakerWorld) or social media groups is forbidden.

  • NO Modification or Remixing:

    You may not alter the 3D meshes, "remix" our designs with other creations, or extract any parts/components from our models for use in your own designs.

  • NO Molds or Traditional Manufacturing:

    This license is strictly limited to 3D printing processes only. You may NOT use our models to create silicone molds, resin casting, or for mass traditional manufacturing such as injection molding.

  • NO Claiming Authorship:

    You may not claim to be the original designer or copyright owner of these 3D models under any circumstances.

5 Production Scale, Wholesale, and Pricing Guidelines

NO B2B Wholesale/Redistribution:

This license is restricted to direct-to-consumer (B2C) sales. You may not act as a "contract manufacturer" and wholesale printed products to other non-subscribed third-party merchants, distributors, or retailers for resale.

Anti-Monopoly:

We encourage independent creators and small to medium studios. However, using massive industrial-scale 3D print farms to mass-produce items for wholesale or retail distribution is strictly prohibited. The products you sell must be produced by equipment under your direct control.

Pricing Guidelines:

To protect the profit margins of all authorized sellers and maintain the Voxo3D brand value, we strongly advise against malicious price wars. Maintaining reasonable pricing (that covers your equipment wear, filament, time, and profit) is in the best interest of the entire community.

PART III: Technical & Production Disclaimers

6 Scaling, Tolerances, and Modification Disclaimer

Precision Assembly:

Voxo3D models (especially Clickers and Flexi series) feature precisely designed assembly structures and preset tolerances optimized for 100% original scale.

Scaling Failure Disclaimer:

We strongly advise against manually scaling models up or down in your slicer. Due to the physical limitations of 3D printer nozzles, blind scaling easily results in jammed, loose, or broken parts. Voxo3D is not responsible for, nor will we issue refunds for, any failed prints or wasted filament caused by your manual scaling.

Official Scaled Versions:

If you require a specific scale or size, please check our library first for an official scaled version. If one is not available, you are welcome to submit a suggestion to us.

PART IV: Termination & Enforcement

7 License Termination & The "Zero Inventory" Rule

Immediate Revocation:

Once your "Voxo3D Access" subscription terminates (whether voluntarily canceled or due to payment failure), your commercial sales rights are immediately and automatically revoked.

Mandatory Takedown:

Upon termination of your license, you must immediately remove all Voxo3D related product listings from all sales platforms.

NO Clearing Inventory:

Even for "leftover inventory" physically printed while your subscription was active, you are absolutely NOT permitted to continue selling it online or offline once you lose your active membership status. All sales activities must cease.

8 Breach of Terms & Enforcement

Any violation of these agreement terms (especially reselling digital files, unauthorized mold-making, secondary distribution, etc.) will result in our immediate and permanent ban of your membership without any refund.

Voxo3D reserves the right to initiate platform copyright infringement complaints (such as DMCA Takedown Notices) against violating merchants and to pursue all legal and financial compensation responsibilities in the relevant jurisdictions.

PART V: Legal, Liability & Policies

9 Intellectual Property & Legal Statement

100% of the intellectual property rights to the "Voxo3D" brand name, all 3D model designs, official images, and videos belong to Voxo3D. Purchasing a subscription grants only a license to use. You may not attempt to register our designs or brand as trademarks or patents.

10 Product Liability & Child Safety Warnings (Critical)

Seller Assumes All Liability:

Voxo3D is only responsible for providing functional digital models. As the manufacturer and seller of the physical products, YOU assume 100% legal liability and agree to indemnify and hold Voxo3D harmless from any claims, damages, or disputes arising from the physical items you sell.

Choking Hazard Warnings:

Certain Voxo3D models (such as clickers) contain small parts. If parts detach due to improper printing, they pose a fatal choking hazard, especially to young children. You have an absolute legal obligation to include clear safety warning labels on your product listings and shipping packaging (e.g., "WARNING: Choking Hazard - Small Parts. Not for children under 3 years"). Voxo3D assumes no liability for any accidents, injuries, or losses resulting from the use of the physical products you print.

11 Refund Policy

Nature of Digital Products:

Because 3D model files are replicable digital assets, once you subscribe and gain access or download rights to the files, the service is considered delivered. All files are provided "as-is".

No Refunds Principle:

Unless verified by us that the file itself contains an unfixable, fatal technical defect, we do NOT offer refunds of any kind. This includes, but is not limited to: print failures due to your personal 3D printer malfunction, improper slicer settings, filament issues, manual scaling, or your inability to successfully sell the physical products.

12 Right to Modify Terms & Services

Right to Unilateral Modification:

Voxo3D reserves the right to change, update, or replace the content of these terms at our sole discretion at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify commercial members of major term changes via our official pages (Patreon/Afdian) or email.

Continued Use Constitutes Acceptance:

Your continued maintenance of your subscription and sales activities after terms have been updated constitutes your full acceptance of the new terms.

Adjustments to Services:

Voxo3D reserves the right to modify or discontinue all or part of the service at any time (including changing the number, type, or pricing of monthly released models, or removing specific models from the regular commercial subscription pool) without liability to you or any third party.

13 Force Majeure & Limitation of Liability

Force Majeure Exemption:

Voxo3D assumes no liability or refund obligations for any delay or failure to perform our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., Patreon/Afdian platform outages, cloud server data loss, global network failures, natural disasters, or government actions).

Limitation of Indirect Damages:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voxo3D shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business goodwill, or any other indirect or punitive damages suffered by you as a result of using our files or conducting commercial sales.
